How much does a Fire Safety Plan cost?

Pricing depends on the building size, complexity, occupancy, available drawings and whether an existing plan needs to be updated or a new plan prepared. Contact us with the building address for a quote.

Yes. Existing plans can be reviewed and updated to reflect changes to the building, fire protection systems, operations and emergency procedures.

Yes. Fire safety drawings can be prepared as part of the project where required.

Yes. If you have received documentation from Toronto Fire Services, send us a copy and we can review the Fire Safety Plan-related requirements.

Submission support can be included in your project. Your quote confirms who handles submission, municipal fees and revisions following review comments.

Toronto fire safety plans must be reviewed at least annually and updated as needed to reflect changes to the building, its use, or fire safety procedures. Annual review does not automatically require resubmission to the municipality for approval.

The owner and designated staff must put the plan into practice. This includes communicating responsibilities, providing required training, conducting drills and keeping the current plan available at its approved location. We can include staff training and handover support in your project.
